| ORC 733.11- The City Auditor shall keep the books of the City and exhibit accurate statements of all money received and expended, of all property owned by the City and the income derived therefrom and of all taxed and assessments. The Auditor’s office prepares payroll and maintains personnel files and employee benefit information. |
| ORC 705.08- The City Treasurer shall be the custodian of all monies of the city and shall keep the money in such manner and in such place as is determined by the legislative authority thereof. The Treasurer shall pay out money only on warrants issued by the Auditor. |
